The final report from the Models of Practice project is now available. The report is quite lenghty but gives a good overview of the current status of learning design with the sector and the challenges faced by practitioners to develop and share practice models for learning design.
The project was part of the current Design for Learning Programme and had the flowing rationale:
"The philosophy underlying the project was that a general split is evident in the e-learning community between development of e-learning tools, services and standards, and research into how teachers can use these most effectively."
