New JISC Capital Programme publishes roadmap

A roadmap provides information on the expected calls and when they will be released. (Please note that the e-infrastructure strand of the April call is subject to committee approval), and further information about the development areas is available.
JISC will be holding the following town meetings on 21 April and 10 May 2006 for those interested in learning about the funding opportunities available through the Capital Programme.
Digitisation Town Meeting, 21st April
JISC will be issuing a Request for Proposals for the Digitisation Programme on 6 April. The Digitisation Town Meeting will consist of presentations, parallel workshops on specific issues relating to digitisation, expert panel sessions and the opportunity to ask questions on the new call for proposals. Further information about the JISC Town Meeting in London on Friday 21 April including an online booking form is available.
Digital Repositories, e-Learning and e-Infrastructure Town meeting, 10 May
JISC will be issuing a Call for Proposals for other development areas on 28 April. The Town Meeting is for those interested in submitting proposals in response to the call for the following three development areas – Digital Repositories, e-Learning and e-Infrastructure. The Town Meeting will consist of presentations, parallel workshops on different programme areas and the opportunity to ask questions on the call for proposals. Further information about the JISC Town Meeting in Birmingham on Wednesday 10 May including an online booking form is available.
