Reports on the use of mobile and wireless technologies in the post-16 sector

Three reports from a landscape study on the use of mobile and wireless technologies have been published.
The final report from this study comprises three linked reports into current uses, potential uses and the strategic aspects of wireless and mobile learning, and is the work of a joint research team from the Open University and the University of Wolverhampton. The study was part of the e-Learning and Innovation strand of the e-Learning Programme.
The Landscape study covers:
- The current state of use of mobile and wireless technologies
- The potential uses of mobile devices and wireless networks to promote new models of teaching and learning
- A strategic overview of where these technologies might fit into institutional development plans
