New programme Invitations to Tender

JISC has announced three new ITTs for the e-learning programme; Demonstrator and new Toolkits projects for the framework strand and an evaluation of designing for learning tools for the pedagogy strand.

Demonstrator projects will install, test, demonstrate and evaluate the e-learning framework toolkits from the first phase of toolkit projects. Individual projects will receive between £10,000-£30,000. The deadline for these proposals is 1300 on 8 February 2005. Phase two of the ELF toolkits projects will focus on the Learning Domain services layer of the ELF. Individual projects will receive between £30,000-£50,000. The e-Learning and Pedagogy strand of the programme is calling for proposals to evaluate tools used in designing for learning. The study to investigate the tools that teachers in UK FE, HE and continuing/adult and community education use to design learning activities. Up to £60,000 is available for a single project.
